Keep Austin Weird

So...Granpa Niebuhr came to visit us in L-town! We were so excited, he didn't get to come last year so for Cass and I it had been two years since we've seen Granpa!

Here he is at one of his Robotic conventions in Austin. He is retired now and he gets to have a lot of fun doing what he likes! He even has his own blog http://flimflamlab.blogspot.com/. Trav got him on red bubble while he was here too so he could show off his photography art! He is a man of many talents!!

We had a lot of fun when Granpa was in town!

...to Caprock Canyon...it is practically in our own backyard! Only 90 minutes away! Here is Granpa with Gav and Cass. (Actually, I stayed behind and did a little exploring (i.e. shopping) on my own! It was nice and I was just as tired afterwards!!!!)

Up close...they (as in my fam) named this rock Grump...
